Labyrinth research, Corrir De Mardi Gras, Will Rogers, and Mythology research.
2. Based on these projects, what does research mean to you?
Research means to look up information that you do not know and search for many things.
3. Describe one of your research successes or failures. Why was the experience positive or negative?
I had a research success , when I was searching the author for, The Game, which is a book. It was good because I was very intrestedin the book, therefor I liked the author. I was very curious. 2 - Reflection on Webbing Process (due Tuesday, April 8)

I thought it helped because it made me remember things that I did a while ago.

1. Describe how the pre-notetaking sheet helped you find both focus for your topic and research questions to investigate. Did you find it easy or difficult to create a fat question from your ideas?
This helped me because it really made me focus on what I wanted to learn about my topic. I found this a little difficult because I could not think of 1 huge question. 6 - Search Log (due Thursday, April 10)

That the original topic I was going to do to was not such a great idea.
2. What problems have I had?
I could not find any information on what I wanted to know.
3. How will I overcome the problem(s)?
I am changing my topic.
4. What will I do next?
I will research the Byzantine Empire. P.S. Mrs. DaQuanno may I change my topic to the Byzantine Empire please.

10. What "states" were their in this empire? It looks like a good topic to me.

1. What have I learned today?
I have learned about the "Great Fire" and how it destroyed everything it came in tact with. Also that it could even burn on water.This was a great was stradegy for the byzantine Empire.

I could not find a lot on one of the web pages.
3. How will I overcome the problem(s)?
I will not go to this website for this topic.
4. What will I do next?
Next I will research the life for people in the Byzantine Empire and if there is a reson why they call it the Byzantine Empire! 8 - Search Log (due Monday, April 14)
1. What have I learned today?
I learned that there were many different people living in the Byzantine Empire including the Armenians, Slavs, Turks, Bulgarians, Greeks, and the Normans. These people all spoke Greek. The Byzantine Empire started collapsind around the 1000s. It started when in asia minor the Seljuk Turks beat a Byzantine army during a battle.
2. What problems have I had?
I had a little bit of a hard time finding a good print source.
3. How will I overcome the problem(s)?
I am going to find a good print source.
4. What will I do next?
Next I am going to read about the Byzantine Empire and fond more about their economics. Don't forget to use the indes of books. You may find lots of information there.
